Job Summary

Renewals Manager leading end-to-end renewal processes for Enterprise Growth customers in the EMEA region. Drives retention and revenue by coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Finance, delivering accurate renewal quotes, and forecasting risk. Builds strong customer relationships, negotiates terms, and ensures a seamless renewal experience across UK, Nordics, and Benelux from a Dublin-based hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end renewal processes for assigned customer accounts, including timelines, coordination, and execution to maximize renewal rates.
•Strategically engage with customers 120 days in advance to secure timely renewals and maintain predictability.
•Prepare complex renewal quotes and contracts with accuracy and compliance to company policies.
•Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand consumption patterns and business needs.
•Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure a coordinated, frictionless renewal/expansion process.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of customer-facing sales, account management, or revenue-carrying experience within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
•Proven quota-carrying experience with a focus on closing renewals, managing commercial outcomes through to execution, and consistently exceeding targets.
•Strong problem-solving, organization, and commercial negotiation skills with experience handling complex contractual terms.
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse, senior audience both internally and externally.
•Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities in a dynamic environment.
