Key Responsibilities

•Help developers hone their craft in an AI-accelerated world by exploring AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping tools, guiding teams on balancing rapid prototyping with engineering practices around performance and reliability.
•Build in public by creating authentic, peer-to-peer technical content and sharing engineering insights where developers collaborate in person and online.
•Drive a bidirectional feedback loop between developer communities and internal teams, translating real-world experiences into actionable product insights to shape the roadmap.
•Design and ship high-quality open-source boilerplate templates, quickstarts, and tools that integrate observability across AI-native workflows and cloud platforms.

Salary: USD 194,000 - 237,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Approximately 10+ years of software engineering experience, ideally shipping applications from scratch or in an early-stage startup where you’ve worn multiple hats.
•AI-fluent development with native use of AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping tools as part of regular workflow.
•Multi-stack programming experience (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) across deployment paradigms in next-gen platforms and traditional cloud ecosystems.
•Approximately 3+ years of experience in technical storytelling and developer-community engagement, with a portfolio of peer-to-peer artifacts.
•Passion for developer education, mentorship, and helping other engineers hone their craft.
