Key Responsibilities

  • •Help developers hone their craft in an AI-accelerated world by exploring AI coding assistants and rapid-prototyping tools, guiding teams on balancing rapid prototyping with engineering practices around performance and reliability.
  • •Build in public by creating authentic, peer-to-peer technical content and sharing engineering insights where developers collaborate in person and online.
  • •Drive a bidirectional feedback loop between developer communities and internal teams, translating real-world experiences into actionable product insights to shape the roadmap.
  • •Design and ship high-quality open-source boilerplate templates, quickstarts, and tools that integrate observability across AI-native workflows and cloud platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 10+ years of software engineering experience, ideally shipping applications from scratch or in an early-stage startup where you’ve worn multiple hats.

  • •Multi-stack programming experience (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) across deployment paradigms in next-gen platforms and traditional cloud ecosystems.
