Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1/L2/L3 support for endpoint and mobility services within scope.
  • •Support MDM and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune and other UEM tools.
  • •Manage devices and implement MEM/MAM/MCM policies for enrollment, compliance, and security configurations.
  • •Troubleshoot device, application, and policy-related issues, escalating as needed.
  • •Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, onboarding, and lifecycle management (including Windows upgrades and Autopilot).

Key Requirements

  • •9–12 years of experience in endpoint management and mobile device management services.
  • •Experience supporting endpoint and mobility services using Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager.
