Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day client communications and build strong working relationships with key contacts; contribute to client meetings and ensure delivery of high-quality work aligned with client expectations.
  • •Support the development and execution of integrated digital and social media programs across corporate and executive channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit) for organic and paid efforts.
  • •Lead and support social listening and monitoring work streams using Brandwatch or similar tools to surface insights and inform recommendations.
  • •Draft and edit content for owned and social channels, including executive thought leadership and corporate social posts, with audience-first tone.
  • •Conduct social audits and competitive analyses; synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and client deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or public affairs, with agency experience preferred.
  • •Strong writing and editing skills tailored for executive and corporate audiences.
  • •Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (Brandwatch preferred; experience with Meltwater, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar platforms also considered).
  • •Experience supporting social media strategy and execution across corporate and executive channels.
  • •Ability to conduct social audits, competitive research, and audience profiling and translate findings into actionable insights.
