Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
  • •Ensure operators and subordinates perform tasks according to established standards.
  • •Report work results daily, weekly, and monthly to supervisory management.
  • •Implement corrective actions as directed by the Manager and monitor processes for irregularities/out-of-spec conditions.
  • •Maintain GMP cleanliness and ensure safe equipment operation and adherence to SOPs and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • •Minimum 3 years in production or manufacturing operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • •Proven experience in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts.
  • •Available to work 6 days per week.
