Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multidisciplinary, multifunctional team responsible for performance of the focus factory departments.
  • •Direct operations including budget management, staffing, capacity planning, equipment utilization, and production scheduling.
  • •Plan and coordinate manufacturing and support departments to meet customer requirements.
  • •Implement and use Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, EBS, and deploy CIF plant-wide to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • •Serve as a principal advisor on manufacturing systems and production/forecast demand; manage policies, safety, communications, and launch new products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution
  • •Bilingual English/Spanish
  • •7-10 years of related experience
  • •7-10 years of experience supervising/managing in a manufacturing environment
  • •Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and strong project management skills
