Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Business Service Owners to refresh Important Business Service (IBS) artefacts via annual cycles and trigger events such as post-incident reviews, significant business changes, and new regulatory requirements.
  • •Collaborate with key stakeholders (including process owners, third-party engagement, and IT service owners) and global mapping teams to keep IBS artefacts up to date.
  • •Monitor and track remediation plans for Business Vulnerabilities and Technology Vulnerabilities.
  • •Devise delivery strategy for scenario testing in coordination with the Business Continuity and Incident Management (BCIM) team and key stakeholders.
  • •Ensure IBS artefacts are observed to global operating instructions and procedures, maintain data quality, and address queries from the Second and Third Lines of Defence.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate/masters/certifications with 3-8 years of overall experience.
  • •Working experience in a banking/financial institution with familiarity with products and business services.
  • •Experience liaising with internal and external business partners.
  • •Good knowledge of Operational Resilience or strong interest and ability to learn fast.
  • •Agile work and experience in project management with good deliverables (incident management/third-party management/business continuity management is an advantage).
