Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Client Solutions Managers across FRITES markets, building a high-performance culture.
•Develop consultative, data-driven campaign strategy and user acquisition best practices; provide ongoing guidance and professional development.
•Serve as a performance and app advertising expert, articulating TikTok’s app solutions and measurement/attribution capabilities to clients.
•Partner cross-functionally (product, engineering, measurement, marketing science, creative operations) to troubleshoot client issues and support product innovation.
•Drive strategic impact by identifying growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, creating best-practice resources, and operating with autonomy across the multi-market region.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in digital marketing focused on performance and app advertising (user acquisition, growth marketing, or mobile performance).
•Experience managing app developers and/or gaming advertisers, including scaling challenges across multiple media platforms.
•Deep knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem including MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), SKAdNetwork/ATT, attribution, incrementality, and ROAS/LTV optimization.
•Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements to assess and optimize campaign performance.
•Fluent English and French to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
