Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary contact for the Line of Business to resolve complex Equipment Finance payment application and collateral (vehicle titles, UCCs) inquiries.
  • •Execute and reconcile payment applications, including wires, ACHs, and direct deposits, and perform credit/debit entries in the servicing system.
  • •Review and interpret Equipment Finance loan and lease documents to resolve client inquiries and internal boarding issues.
  • •Provide customer service to internal and external clients, including ownership of timely responses via email, direct dial, and the 800-Customer Line.
  • •Support lien perfection and related activities, including vehicle title/registration support, UCC processing, and syndication payment support and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of related work experience in Equipment Finance or Commercial Banking.
  • •Knowledge of UCC and vehicle titles.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
  • •InfoLease experience or comparable servicing system preferred.
  • •Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or similar field required.
