Key Responsibilities

•Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products to meet requirements and Raytheon guidelines
•Provide support to production, integration, and test activities, ensuring smooth handoffs across development stages
•Collaborate with a cross-functional engineering team to gain mastery in analog and power engineering design
•Travel to Marlborough, MA; Tewksbury, MA; Andover, MA; and/or other MA locations as required by assignment
•Demonstrate self-motivation and proactive contribution to program success

Salary: USD 68,900 - 131,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
•Education or work experience in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, Power Distribution or Control Systems
•Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer-based tools
•U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance; ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
•Onsite role with travel to multiple MA locations as needed
