Join PostHog as a technically adept Customer Success expert for the Americas, owning ~25-40 paying customers with ARR in the $20k-$100k+ range. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, advise on configuration, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with product teams to ensure retention and successful adoption of PostHog products across developers and product teams.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as the primary PostHog face for the assigned accounts.
•Own customer feedback and ensure it reaches the wider PostHog team to drive product improvements.
•Investigate technical issues and contribute to problem resolution, often solving problems before escalating to other teams.
•Be highly responsive to Slack messages, support tickets, and emails to ensure customer success.
•Aim to be the preferred PostHog CS contact by delivering value and ensuring long-term customer retention.

Key Requirements

•Technically capable; comfortable working with code, able to troubleshoot customer issues and, at times, raise PRs to fix bugs across PostHog products.
•Understanding of how product teams work and how they ship features; ability to help customers use PostHog to solve real problems (e.g., experiments, product analytics, session replay, error tracking).
•Strong customer focus; proactively remove blockers to ensure customers can use PostHog effectively.
•Able to work at scale with around 40 customers and tailor approach per customer.
•Nice to have experience with developer tools or product analytics, or prior Pre-sales/Technical Account Manager roles to blend technical and commercial skills.
