•Develop complex technical apparel styles and seasonal projects, ensuring performance, durability, and fit across all sizes.
•Provide production-ready Tech Packs collaborating with Design to maintain visual identity and elite performance standards.
•Oversee fit, grading, and size-set consistency for premium product lines across global consumer and professional sizes.
•Collaborate with Materials and Innovation on lightweight constructions, moisture management, bonded/seamless applications, and ventilation mapping.
•Mentor Junior and Mid-Level Developers, drive industry innovation in lightweight fabrics and sustainable material solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Engineering, or a related technical discipline
•8+ years of apparel development experience, with hands-on expertise in complex, high-performance product systems
•Demonstrated expertise in technical performance apparel, tiered product ranges, and advanced functional construction methods
•Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLM tools, and technical documentation
•Willingness to travel globally to support technical development, product fittings, and production
