Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer massages and face/body treatments to guests, VIPs, and press using approved spa protocols and modalities.
  • •Conduct in-depth consultations, make aftercare recommendations, and encourage repeat visits through retail and cross-selling.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and hygiene of equipment and treatment areas; follow room procedures and report maintenance issues.
  • •Provide outstanding guest service by recording preferences, handling complaints promptly, and covering reception/spa duties when needed.
  • •Support spa operations by participating in demonstrations/events, assisting the Head Therapist, attending training/briefings, and training team members on services and products.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of professional experience in massage therapy.
  • •Prior education and diplomas as an aesthetician and body therapist.
  • •Thorough knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and a broad understanding of massage and face/body treatments.
  • •Previous experience in a five-star resort/spa (minimum 2 years).
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) with outstanding communication, customer service, and attention to detail for a hygienic environment.
