  • •Lead the evolution of ways of working, tools, and engineering practices toward spec-driven development and agentic AI.
  • •Identify opportunities where modern technologies create business value and ensure alignment with client needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of people leadership experience with a coaching and empowering style.
  • •Strong technical background from roles such as Tech Lead or Lead Engineer.
  • •Deep understanding of modern software development practices and engineering excellence.
  • •Hands-on experience in advanced agentic engineering and spec-driven development, including building AI cases that reduce time or cost.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with excellent communication in English.
