Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and sustain Daily Management Systems for the business unit, including creation, deployment, and standards.
  • •Improve equipment reliability across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems using technical knowledge.
  • •Analyze KPI data to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead structured problem solving and manage small projects using tools within the Conagra Performance System.
  • •Lead capital project initiatives and provide direct oversight to assigned team members while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
