Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the business unit by leading Daily Management Systems, improving reliability of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, and advancing digital tools. Partner cross-functionally to analyze KPIs, prioritize improvement initiatives, and lead structured problem solving. Manage small projects and lead capital initiatives supporting safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Oversee assigned team members and build capability through technical standards and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and sustain Daily Management Systems for the business unit, including creation, deployment, and standards.
•Improve equipment reliability across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems using technical knowledge.
•Analyze KPI data to identify, prioritize, and track improvement initiatives.
•Lead structured problem solving and manage small projects using tools within the Conagra Performance System.
•Lead capital project initiatives and provide direct oversight to assigned team members while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 64,000 - 95,000 annually
