Job Summary

Support the logistics cell by handling procurement needs in the ERP, tracking material receptions, and reporting to projects and engineering. Manage project logistics flows and stock—from receipt and packaging through customer delivery—while following contractual requirements. Serve as the interface with logistics providers and help standardize and improve logistics processes by updating SAP operating procedures. Rotate between the Rungis and Vélizy-Villacoublay sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Express purchasing needs for items in the ERP, track receptions, and report to projects and engineering.
•Manage logistics flows and project stock from receipt of materials through packaging and delivery to customers, ensuring contractual compliance and controlling the flow in the ERP.
•Coordinate and interface with logistics service providers.
•Write and update operating procedures and logistics SAP procedures.
•Support the Supply Chain and configuration management team on transformation topics and identify improvement opportunities across the service process.

Key Requirements

•Student in a BAC+3 program in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, looking for a 2-year apprenticeship.
•Competencies in supply chain, inventory management, transport, and rules of international trade.
•Knowledge of ERP systems and SAP.
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
•Good communication, customer relationship skills, teamwork, and strong autonomy and organization.
