Customer Experience Banker - Lebanon

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in branch customers, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships. Identify customer financial goals, recommend appropriate deposit and banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Educate customers on consumer deposit offerings, follow a disciplined sales and follow-up approach (including outbound calling and referrals), and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships while adhering to operational, risk, security, and regulatory policies.
