Job Summary

Serve as a client-first advisor by having in-branch and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and recommend customized solutions. Open and manage consumer and small-business accounts and deposit products, including lending and CDs. Meet individual activity and sales goals, partner with branch teammates and line-of-business specialists, and ensure compliance with risk, security, audit, and documentation requirements. Support teller transactions and assist with branch operations, including occasional Saturday work.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in-person and over the phone and supporting teammates to drive day-to-day impact.
•Identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver effective, customized recommendations to help clients reach their goals.
•Open personal and business accounts and related products (consumer checking, small business products, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs).
•Build partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions; support branch operations and teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
•Comfort using digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and educating clients on digital platforms.
