Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate successful delivery, maintenance, and user growth for the finance application across HQ and Networks.
  • •Drive project success metrics and timelines while improving programme-related processes for efficiency.
  • •Coordinate delivery of change requests and application enhancements.
  • •Plan, administer, and manage UAT testing activities for new functionalities to ensure successful completion.
  • •Directly manage the day-to-day of the supplier team and prepare governance documents for Board meetings and audit checks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing delivery of large-scale global transformation programmes and/or finance applications impacting 1000+ users.
  • •Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate cross-functionally, including with C-suite stakeholders.
  • •Experience with data-driven decision making, agile delivery, and creative problem solving.
  • •Competence to manage deadlines, estimates, and budgets with strong attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MoSCoW and change management concepts.
