Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical solution strategy throughout the capture and proposal lifecycle, shaping win themes and solution readiness plans.
  • •Analyze RFI/RFP requirements and develop responsive solutions, including staffing plans, LOEs/BOEs/BOMs, and cost strategies.
  • •Lead solution design and development of key artifacts (architectural models, process diagrams, concepts of operation) and technical recommendation responses.
  • •Own proposal leadership for technical volumes and orals presentations, ensuring integration across proposal sections and providing critical reviews.
  • •Recruit, hire, and manage solution architecture team resources; coach more junior resources and coordinate closely with capture and proposal teams.
