Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business teams to execute HR programs supporting talent management, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and retention.
  • •Under limited direction from HRBPs, manage HR responsibilities including onboarding/orientation, compensation, performance appraisal, benefits management, affirmative action, EEO, complaint investigation, and HRIS support.
  • •Provide counsel on interpreting and applying company policies to guide managers and team members while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
  • •Support HR initiatives for culture, change management, and talent development, including delivering classroom presentations and training.
  • •Own administrative HR activities such as HR reporting, data analysis, exit processes, and employee transactions, and support workplace investigations and claim tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of previous HR experience working in an HR business partner environment preferred.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Outlook).
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, understand concerns, and communicate policies clearly.
  • •Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to analyze data, and comfort handling competing priorities.
