Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Westchester

Drive store performance by helping achieve sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives while creating a friendly, easy-to-shop experience for every guest. Build daily client relationships through product education and resolving customer needs quickly and effectively. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, manage sales floor coverage, and ensure front- and back-of-house procedures, shipment processing, and product flow are executed to company standards.
