Key Responsibilities

  • •Help achieve store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment; resolve client needs quickly and effectively.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support action plans focused on deficient areas.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Ensure front and back of house procedures are executed per company policy, including shipment processing, product flow, and visual merchandising/replenishment.
