Job Summary

Ensure compliance for all international trade activities within the Shipping area of Supply Chain Management. You review offers and orders for export control requirements, perform sanctions and embargo checks, classify goods using HS codes, and support export/import documentation. Prepare and apply for export licenses in coordination with authorities, help improve export control processes, and train internal interfaces on export-control topics.

•Handle international export and import processes including customs procedures; maintain export documentation and create reports while supporting process development and internal training.

Key Requirements

•Completed commercial training, ideally in forwarding or logistics, with an additional qualification (e.g., business administration) related to customs.
•Relevant professional experience in export control, customs, or international logistics.
•Knowledge of national and international export control law.
•Experience with customs procedures, tariffing, and HS code classification.
•Structured, careful working style with a strong quality focus.
