Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise well-known international clients in the successful delivery of complex new-build and refurbishment industrial construction projects.
  • •Manage projects of varying size and complexity, including project organization, goal setting, project steering, and progress documentation.
  • •Continuously monitor and control costs, deadlines, and quality while driving process improvements.
  • •Coordinate structured communication between internal technical departments and external planning teams across the full project duration.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed real-estate-related or technical degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture or a similar field.
  • •At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management or project control for complex building projects, especially industrial construction.
  • •Strong analytical and networked thinking with a team-oriented working style.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • •Very good user knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, and willingness to travel with regular 3-5 days per week on the construction site.
