Build and scale secure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks while embedding security-as-code across the development lifecycle. Partner with security/compliance teams and help drive automation, documentation, and incident response as part of a small DevOps-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

•Integrate automated security scanning (SAST, DAST, container scanning) into CI/CD pipelines to detect vulnerabilities early.
•Maintain and audit cloud infrastructure compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) through automated policies.
•Implement security best practices within Terraform/IaC to enable security-as-code consistency.
•Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure, focusing on EC2, RDS, OpenSearch, and EKS.
•Harden and help manage Kubernetes clusters by implementing network policies, RBAC, and secure pod security standards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of hands-on experience with a DevSecOps or security-focused engineering role, integrating security into the development lifecycle.
•Experience integrating automated security scanning (SAST, DAST, container scanning) into CI/CD pipelines.
•Deep experience with AWS services, especially IAM, EC2, RDS, EKS, and OpenSearch.
•Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including familiarity with Helm, Kustomize, and FluxCD/GitOps practices.
•Strong proficiency with Terraform/IaC and CI/CD tools, plus Bash or other shell scripting knowledge.
