  • •Apply strategic and analytical skills to major network business challenges, bridging strategy to execution.
  • •Analyze how work moves across teams by mapping workflows, identifying friction points, and defining ownership for processes and strategic goals.
  • •Run qualitative and quantitative analyses, conduct stakeholder interviews, and synthesize options into decision-ready recommendations for senior leaders.
  • •Assess organizational capability, required skill sets, location strategy, and enablement needs to ensure readiness and scalable execution.
  • •Frame options, lead working sessions, and align recommendations directly with members of the Network Leadership Team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,100 - 115,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Comfort tackling white-space problems or strategy/management consulting style work.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or a Master’s degree in a quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, obtained or expected by the scheduled start date.
  • •1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
  • •Preferred: 2+ years of experience in business analysis (or 1+ years in statistical model building or market research).
