Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Management and serve as the liaison between field and office to ensure the extended project team stays up to date.
  • •Develop pre-work and post-work submittal packages; process, validate, and compile cable test reports.
  • •Draft and process RFIs and prepare change order requests; verify field conditions against design documents and maintain working sets of drawings/specifications.
  • •Lead field validation of telecom design, proactively identify conflicts/gaps, and drive resolution through the RFI process; support constructability and value engineering reviews.
  • •Implement and oversee electronic tracking systems and custom dashboards; run daily/weekly reporting, issue escalation, and coordinate QA/QC adherence and closeout documentation.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of construction industry experience in a similar role, preferably with large structured cabling and/or data center projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or relevant experience in lieu of degree).
  • •Safety-focused knowledge of safety protocols, processes, and procedures.
  • •Proficiency with project schedules, constructability/value engineering concepts, and identifying change events.
  • •Proficiency with common construction technology platforms and tools, including Microsoft Office and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Textura; BICSI TECH preferred and OSHA-30 Hour certification required within six months if not held at hire.
