Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute L&D strategies for lab operations aligned to organizational goals and HR timelines, including needs assessment and competency gap tracking.
  • •Create and facilitate leader development and management training, including DiSC/Clifton Strengths programs and leadership accountability frameworks.
  • •Design and deliver onboarding programs for all lab operations levels, including newly promoted or externally hired leaders and entry-to-leadership knowledge foundations.
  • •Design, build, and maintain training content and a centralized cross-functional knowledge base, continually improving curriculum based on feedback and evaluations.
  • •Oversee training operations: manage L&D budget and vendors, administer the LMS, track L&D metrics/KPIs, and support cross-functional training and SME networks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • •4-6 years of experience in training design, curriculum development, and delivery in a high-volume organization, with at least 2 years in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical laboratory environment preferred.
  • •Experience facilitating leadership development frameworks (DiSC, Clifton Strengths, coaching models).
  • •Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS) in a regulated environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and executing L&D programs through periods of organizational growth and large-scale operational change preferred.
