Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide individualized ABA therapy one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a BCBA. Implement treatment plans, collect and record accurate session data, and support behavior-reduction and skill-development goals. Maintain professional rapport with clients and families while following ABA principles in a structured, encouraging environment. Participate in ongoing ABA and special education training and professional development, with daytime Monday–Friday scheduling and BCBA/BCaBA supervision toward certification.
