Job Summary

Lead end-to-end bid management for large, complex infrastructure proposals in Dubai, driving proposal development, tender evaluation, and contract negotiation. Coordinate across business lines and regions to deliver competitive, compliant RFI/RFQ/RFP responses with print, electronic, and oral deliverables. Provide market research and competitive intelligence to shape pursuit strategy, coach interview preparation, manage reviews and go/no-go recommendations, and improve win practices through debrief analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead large/complex proposals across multiple business lines and regions from capture through interview stage, including coaching interview preparation.
•Manage client bid responses (RFI/RFQ/RFP) using standard pursuit processes to ensure schedule efficiency and bid compliance.
•Facilitate proposal color reviews (Pink/Red) and serve as color team and/or compliance reviewer to improve the win plan.
•Support go/no-go decisions with recommendations and conduct analyses (e.g., greenlight) aligned with delegation of authority and legal compliance.
•Analyze internal debriefs and client feedback to drive continuous improvement, identify trends and best practices, and support training and special projects.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional experience in bid management, proposal development, business development, or related roles.
•Proven ability to manage complex tenders, RFP processes, and large-scale pursuits.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including creating proposals and financial models.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
•Experience leading, mentoring, and developing bid team members, plus knowledge of contract negotiation, commercial terms, and risk management.
