Field sales consultant responsible for educating dental professionals and driving adoption of Oral-B professional oral health products. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver 7-10 calls per day to dental professionals (general practice dentists, hygienists and select specialists); include lunch & learns to maximize influencing time
•Develop and deliver education and POME at dental schools, distributor branches and professional organizations
•Develop and execute an efficient route plan within territory to enable 95-100% reach of the assigned universe of dental professionals 3-4 times per year
•Manage territory/coverage budgets and report all calls in a timely fashion (weekly)
•Attend trade shows and participate in field/influencing activities as assigned by management

Key Requirements

•A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science preferably dental or any field
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales role: medical or dental sales will be preferred
•Work effectively with diverse groups of people
•Should be willing to travel on the job
•Strong communication and relationship-building skills
