Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver technical aspects of structural engineering projects or designated work packages to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • •Manage end-to-end technical delivery, interpreting client briefs and coordinating designs across multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Oversee and support engineers and technicians to ensure deliverables align with schedules and performance expectations.
  • •Ensure all designs and project outputs comply with health and safety standards and company quality assurance processes.
  • •Mentor and develop junior team members by providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •Chartered Engineer status (or working towards chartership) with a recognised professional body such as ICE or IStructE.
  • •Proven experience delivering structural engineering projects with technical design and multidisciplinary coordination.
  • •Strong leadership experience overseeing engineers and technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • •In-depth knowledge of relevant design standards, health and safety regulations, and company quality assurance processes.
