Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiations through final claim resolution and program closure. Serve as primary legal and operations lead, partnering with plaintiffs’ counsel to draft and finalize settlement documents, resolve disputes, and oversee claims administration. Manage teams reviewing incoming claims, perform claims data analysis to track trends, and ensure settlements are executed accurately and in compliance with requirements.
