Plan, manage, and execute Canva Vietnam’s social media strategy end-to-end, from ideation and publishing to community management and reporting. Build a trend-driven TikTok and Instagram Reels content playbook grounded in Vietnamese cultural moments. Produce an initial content library with on-screen appearances, shooting, editing, and Canva asset creation. Localize campaigns for Vietnamese educators, SMEs, freelancers, and creators, partnering with UGC to grow an influencer network.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, manage, and execute Canva Vietnam’s social media strategy and content engine end-to-end, including publishing, community management, and reporting.
•Build and run a trend-driven content playbook for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging formats using Vietnamese cultural moments in real time.
•Produce and expand the initial content library, including on-screen appearances, shooting, editing, and asset creation using Canva.
•Localise global campaigns for Vietnamese educators, SMEs, freelancers, and creators to ensure cultural relevance.
•Set up performance measurement, deliver final insights and a handover report at the end of the project, and partner with the UGC team to grow local creator/influencer networks.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in social media marketing with strong content creation and growth, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
•Deep understanding of Vietnamese digital culture, trends, memes, and the creator ecosystem.
•Hands-on creator: comfortable shooting, editing, designing in Canva, publishing, and performing on camera.
•Analytical and structured approach with a track record of iterating quickly based on performance data.
•Excellent Vietnamese and English communication skills, with strong organization and proactivity in a fast-paced environment.
