Lead Talent Management initiatives in the Mexico City area, designing, implementing and monitoring succession, development, leadership and critical talent programs aligned to the business. Act as a strategic HR partner to ensure the organization has the capabilities to achieve current and future objectives, using talent analytics, LMS tools and development platforms to drive people outcomes.

•Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field
•5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Learning & Development
•Knowledge of talent management processes (succession planning, talent identification, competency models) and use of learning tools (LMS, digital platforms, e-learning)
•Strong data analysis and interpretation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office
•Advanced English proficiency
