Program Operations Specialist

Oversee complex program operations for a government development contract, supporting mission outcomes through PMO execution. Coordinate resourcing of people, hardware, and software, and collaborate with program leadership, subcontractors, and customers. Ensure compliance with lab, security, and inventory policies while applying end-to-end procurement, inventory/disposition lifecycle experience, finance oversight, and Agile schedule planning tools.
