Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Security Manager in overseeing and managing security operations within the organization.
  • •Direct and coordinate activities of all security personnel.
  • •Ensure hotel areas and property are adequately secured at all times.
  • •Coordinate with police agencies for investigations and handling of crimes or accidents involving the hotel, colleagues, or guests.
  • •Prepare daily incident reports and investigate and record allegations of crimes and other incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience, with GCC experience a plus.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices to enforce safety and security measures.
  • •Proficiency operating surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control technology to identify security threats.
  • •Ability to remain calm and take decisive action during emergencies (medical incidents, fires, or security breaches).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors and law enforcement and prepare accurate incident reports.
