Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical delivery after sales handoff: integrate the platform into complex enterprise systems, structure customer data for AI, and adapt/fine-tune models to real workflows. Work directly with technical users and senior stakeholders, debugging issues, building prototypes, and translating customer pain into engineering decisions. Help drive a fast feedback loop by surfacing edge cases and product gaps to the core engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full technical implementation after the sales handoff, from first kickoff through go-live.
•Configure and fine-tune AI for customer-specific use cases, including prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments.
•Structure customer data and build system integrations (e.g., SAP and APIs).
•Build prototypes to demonstrate new features or solve emerging customer problems and evolve them into scalable solutions.
•Engage daily with technical users and senior stakeholders, translating customer needs into engineering decisions and surfacing patterns/edge cases to the team.
