Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full technical implementation after the sales handoff, from first kickoff through go-live.
  • •Configure and fine-tune AI for customer-specific use cases, including prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments.
  • •Structure customer data and build system integrations (e.g., SAP and APIs).
  • •Build prototypes to demonstrate new features or solve emerging customer problems and evolve them into scalable solutions.
  • •Engage daily with technical users and senior stakeholders, translating customer needs into engineering decisions and surfacing patterns/edge cases to the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort across frontend, backend, and data pipelines (Python, React, Typescript, SQL, APIs).
  • •Experience building AI/LLM solutions, including prompt engineering and adapting model behavior to specific domains and workflows.
  • •Ability to handle messy, inconsistent real-world data and quickly structure it into reliable formats.
  • •Experience integrating software with ERP systems and using REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, or B2B SaaS implementations.
