Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach and develop a team of two in close collaboration with the wider Finance team.
  • •Own month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial reporting across P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
  • •Oversee accounting governance, including tax and credit management activities and compliance with local legislation, transfer pricing requirements and Group policies.
  • •Promote strong financial governance and safeguard accounting integrity as a Compliance Ambassador.
  • •Partner with local and international stakeholders to contribute to finance projects and coordinate activities for harmonised financial processes across the cluster.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven accounting experience with strong tax and financial compliance knowledge in an international business environment.
  • •Finance or accounting qualification such as CFA, CPA, FA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • •Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical skills, able to clearly communicate complex financial information.
  • •Experience operating across multiple countries and cultures in a matrix organisation.
