Learning Standards Analyst (LSA)

Contribute to the Littoral Combat Ship Training Facility Pacific (LTFPAC) in San Diego by analyzing training needs and aligning job duty task data with course training task lists and learning objectives. Use AIM II 5.0 tools to support training situation and systems analysis, facilitate SME workshops, and design instructional approaches, objectives, test methods, and evaluation plans, including flow diagrams and storyboards.
