Job Summary

Own how complex systems are delivered to customers: translate business outcomes into technical delivery plans, run day-to-day execution across Forward Deployed Engineering and customer teams, and embed to map workflows, success criteria, and adoption needs. Key Responsibilities

•Own technical delivery plans for multiple interdependent workstreams by translating business objectives into roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
•Run day-to-day engineering execution by tracking delivery across Forward Deployed Engineering and customer teams, unblocking progress, and making real-time trade-offs.
•Embed with customer teams to land production deployments and drive adoption by mapping workflows, shaping tools/integrations, and leading onboarding and change management.
•Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform and research workstreams land in time to support deployment goals.
•Codify solution patterns and evals, and own value cases and ROI with KPI baselines and pre-/post-deployment measurement.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
•Track record leading large, complex, high-stakes customer engagements with tight coordination and fast decision-making, ideally involving AI.
•Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and simplify complex, dynamic work.
•Ability to move between system-level understanding and execution details, including mapping constraints and sketching architectures to ship systems.
•Strong technical fluency, sequencing instincts, and confidence pressure-testing architectures and making trade-offs.
