Key Responsibilities

  • •Adjust, repair, or replace aircraft structural systems and components during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
  • •Perform repairs and inspections and enter work in the electronic logbook/phase book.
  • •Use tools and equipment for sheet metal operations, including brakes, shears, heat-treating ovens, grinders, and sanders.
  • •Use hand and air-powered tools to install fasteners in structural repairs.
  • •Remove/install panels and assist with teardown, inspection, repairs, and reassembly of the aircraft.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizen and able to obtain/possess a Secret clearance.
  • •6+ years of aircraft structural repair experience.
  • •Own tools/toolbox and ability to perform required physicals, including respirator and hex chrome physicals.
  • •Ability to use maintenance tools/equipment and perform structural repairs, including lifting 50 pounds and working around aircraft.
  • •Experience on MH-6/60/47 preferred (composite experience a plus).
