Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for MH-6/60/47 rotary-wing aircraft by adjusting, repairing, or replacing aircraft structural systems and components. Perform inspections and enter maintenance work in the electronic logbook/phase book, using tools and equipment for sheet metal operations and fastener installation. Remove and install panels and assist with teardown, inspection, repair, and reassembly, while meeting respiratory protection and physical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Adjust, repair, or replace aircraft structural systems and components during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
•Perform repairs and inspections and enter work in the electronic logbook/phase book.
•Use tools and equipment for sheet metal operations, including brakes, shears, heat-treating ovens, grinders, and sanders.
•Use hand and air-powered tools to install fasteners in structural repairs.
•Remove/install panels and assist with teardown, inspection, repairs, and reassembly of the aircraft.

Key Requirements

•U.S. citizen and able to obtain/possess a Secret clearance.
•6+ years of aircraft structural repair experience.
•Own tools/toolbox and ability to perform required physicals, including respirator and hex chrome physicals.
•Ability to use maintenance tools/equipment and perform structural repairs, including lifting 50 pounds and working around aircraft.
•Experience on MH-6/60/47 preferred (composite experience a plus).
