•Manage financial performance through P&L oversight, cost control, and protection of company assets.
•Recruit, hire, train, and promote associates; drive engagement through feedback, performance reviews, and career planning.
•Maintain CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements for your department and/or location.

Salary: USD 120,900 - 233,300 annually
