•Manage and continually develop the accounting team, setting ownership and accountability and supporting professional development.
•Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation process, improving close-cycle time while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
•Lead preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statements and contribute to executive financial reporting packages.
•Manage external audit relationships, coordinating timing, deliverables, and audit committee materials.
•Develop and regularly review internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local country GAAP.

•ERP experience with modern systems (SAP preferred) and CPA (active or inactive); bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
