Job Summary

Founding Product Operations Lead responsible for building the operational backbone of the Product organization. You will design scalable processes, cadences, and tooling to track product performance, align cross-functional teams, manage roadmaps and execution, and drive high-quality product outcomes across VGS.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain systems and processes to track product performance
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Operations, and Sales to set targets and prioritize action plans to achieve them
•Own and evolve the operating system used by Product to plan, track, and communicate work, including roadmaps, planning artifacts, and execution tracking
•Design and run lightweight operating cadences (e.g., planning cycles, product reviews, execution check-ins)
•Improve visibility into priorities, progress, and decisions across the product organization without adding unnecessary process

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management (within a Product organization), or a similar role
•Experience in fast-moving, product-led organizations with an emphasis on minimum necessary process
•Strong systems thinker who can design operating models that scale without adding bureaucracy
•Proven scrappy executor who takes ownership and gets things done
•Comfort operating in ambiguity and building from a blank page
