Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design activities across terminal, airside, landside, utility, and airport support facility packages.
  • •Maintain design governance tools (Design Deliverables Register, Design Approval Tracker, Design Interface Matrix, Design Risk Register) and coordinate submissions, reviews, and approvals.
  • •Manage engineering interfaces across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, utilities, and airport systems to proactively resolve conflicts and technical issues.
  • •Serve as technical liaison between construction teams and design consultants; review contractor submittals and coordinate closure of RFIs, clarifications, and design deficiencies.
  • •Ensure statutory and quality governance by aligning designs with DGCA, ICAO, BCAS, AAI, NBC, BIS, and coordinating compliance, QA/QC, and design revision change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or a related discipline.
  • •Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management/Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • •Overall 15–20 years of professional experience in design management, engineering coordination, and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in aviation projects involving airport terminal buildings, airside works, landside infrastructure, utilities, and airport support facilities.
  • •Proven experience managing multidisciplinary design consultants and engineering teams on large and complex infrastructure projects.
