Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customers through trusted relationships across everyday banking and long-term financial planning.
  • •Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product suite, including accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, savings, investments, and wealth management.
  • •Learn how digital tools help track conversations, manage relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
  • •Gain exposure to how laws and regulations impact international clients and how HSBC gets it right.
  • •Complete programme rotations and customer-facing learning to build the skills needed for a continuing Relationship Manager career.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time from July 2027 onwards.
  • •Be a recent graduate with less than 2 years’ full-time work experience, or due to graduate by July 2027.
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or 3.2/4.0, or overseas equivalent) based on your official transcript/degree certificate.
  • •Be fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in Hong Kong for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
