Job Summary

Lead a cross-product engineering team within a cyber “Agile Release Train,” owning the technical scope for cyber security sustainment and development. Manage execution of cybersecurity engineering across systems engineering, software, and systems integration/test, including technical, cost, and schedule performance. Set goals, coordinate with ART leadership, and serve as liaison to senior engineering stakeholders while supporting proposals, planning, staffing, and technical development of team members.

•Lead a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
•Manage and coordinate execution of technical scope, cost, and schedule for cybersecurity development and sustainment.
•Establish meaningful and measurable goals and communicate effectively with Agile Release Train teams and leadership.
•Develop and manage financial, schedule, and staffing plans for the teams and ART.
•Support proposals by developing Basis of Estimate (BOE) inputs and responding to RFI requests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience executing or overseeing cyber security engineering within a DoD development, integration, or sustainment program environment.
•Experience leading a technical team while managing technical, cost, and schedule performance.
•Experience leading cybersecurity development and sustainment activities as part of DoD programs.
