Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for forecasting and financial-performance questions across a clinic portfolio.
  • •Build clinic-level projections and deliver monthly reporting with variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • •Own recurring practice-owner payment calculations and payment runs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery; reconcile and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Analyze gross margin and COGS at clinic and service-line level to identify efficiency opportunities and track realized improvement.
  • •Partner with Practice Success Managers and owners to drive measurable P&L improvement, using AI-powered models and automation to scale the finance function.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similarly analytical role.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling, with a solid grasp of the three financial statements and how they connect.
  • •Build with AI coding agents and have a basic working knowledge of GitHub, Python, and software development fundamentals.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
