Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical assurance and design-authority representation for ERP initiatives, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, secure, supportable, and aligned to standards before go-live.
  • •Advise ERP leadership on technical risks, dependencies, and constraints across delivery plans and live services, including platform transitions and modernisation.
  • •Oversee ERP projects and major BAU incidents (P1/P2), coordinating investigations across SAP Basis, infrastructure, integrations, and partner platforms.
  • •Lead structured root-cause investigations into complex technical and integration issues, directing vendor-led resolution activities.
  • •Ensure systems are patched, manage change and release activities, and oversee performance monitoring, tuning, and improvement efforts.

  • •Significant experience (typically 7+ years) supporting and assuring complex SAP landscapes within vendor-led or outsourced models.

  • •Proven experience in assurance, oversight, or technical leadership roles (not pure build or advisory).
